Refund Policy

Augment provides digital game-related benefits such as memberships, ranks, and virtual services. Since all purchases directly support our ongoing development, hosting, and security infrastructure, transactions are treated as non-refundable unless specific conditions below apply.

Scope & Nature of Purchases

All purchased items are virtual and delivered instantly to the player account. They hold no real-world value and are non-transferable. Access and use are subject to the Terms of Service and community guidelines.

General Policy

All payments made to Augment are considered final upon completion. By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you are contributing to the continued service and not purchasing a physical or guaranteed long-term entitlement.

Possible Exceptions

  • Duplicate payments resulting from a system or user error.
  • Confirmed payment processing failures or delivery faults.
  • Unauthorized payments with verified supporting evidence.

All refund requests are individually reviewed and must include sufficient proof of payment. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Chargebacks & Account Status

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may trigger a temporary suspension of related accounts pending review. Repeated or fraudulent disputes may lead to permanent service restrictions.

Delivery & Technical Maintenance

Digital delivery is considered fulfilled once the item or benefit is credited to the player’s account. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or temporary downtime do not qualify as non-delivery events.

How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe your case qualifies under an exception, please contact our team within 7 days of your transaction through our official Discord support channel: Appeals. Include your transaction ID, payment method, date/time, and a brief description of your situation. Requests outside this window may not be reviewed.
